The ONE rule that fast-tracks results

Oh, how we like to over complicate things.  In the area of return to work, we have plans, strategies, standard letters, lawyers, rehab providers, doctors, specialists.  Often, the client is so busy with appointments that there is no time for work!

So let’s get clear on what one rule, above all others, will help to fast-track our results.

Discover what is important to your client, then present the benefits of return to work and recovery as a solution.

That is all. You will have their motivation, their interest, their drive.

Rather than focusing on questions like ‘how can I get the doctor to do X’, substitute it with ‘how do I stop making this about getting it right, and start having a real conversation about the client’s needs and drivers?’

Take care of the fundamentals.
