Over the past two decades, Carolyn has worked across leadership, government, insurance, disability and employment systems. She is known for getting to the heart of the issue, simplifying complexity and turning ideas into action.

I work with organisations on what’s actually happening – not what should be. Together, we explore behaviours, communication, assumptions, processes and competing priorities to understand what is getting in the way of progress.
